Bar and Plate  Design 

•By removing the header plate, the tube-to-header joint failure is avoided altogether.

•Heavier gauge tubes are much more resistant to physical damage than the Tube and Fin design charge air coolers.

Plastic Aluminum Radiators

•Thicker headers equipped with reinforced plate.

•Heavier gauge tubes, which create a stronger, more durable core and also reduces possible failure with tube-to-header joints.

•Reinforced corner tubes prevent premature failure (cracked tubes near the header plate), which is a common problem found in Plastic/Aluminum  truck radiators, OE and aftermarket alike.

•Reinforced outer crimp strips create a better seal between the tank, gasket and core.
